Use PrivoNest only for lawful data and source code you are authorized to process. You remain responsible for your application, code, data sources, downstream AI providers, dependency choices and compliance obligations.
PrivoNest operations consume Privacy Credits according to the requested workload. PII/file processing and API Security Preflight use the same account balance. Deep code-security scans can consume more credits than small text operations because they perform project-wide analysis. Requests may be rejected when the available balance is insufficient.
API Security findings are automated static-analysis/security signals and do not guarantee that an application is secure, vulnerability-free or compliant. Findings should be reviewed by qualified developers/security professionals before remediation or release decisions.
The PrivoNest SDK is released as v1.0.5; third-party provider/framework adapters should still be tested against the exact SDK/model versions used by your application before production deployment.
PrivoNest Pro is a prepaid digital Privacy Credit pack with a 30-day Pro entitlement. Credits purchased in a pack are usable while that entitlement is active and expire when it ends. Once payment is confirmed and the purchased quota is activated, sales are final except for the limited exceptions stated in the Refund Policy or where applicable law/payment-provider rules require otherwise. Unused quota is not refundable solely because the customer's project, budget, requirements or plans changed.
